Processing Times

We currently ship to select international destinations. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Missing or Damaged Parcels
Every item is thoroughly inspected and packed securely before leaving our hands. If your package arrives damaged, or if your delivery is significantly delayed, please contact us immediately at info@serenaeditions.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the packaging. We will resolve it for you as a priority.
